As an entertainment venue providing immersive experiences, the safety and wellbeing of children are at the heart of everything we do.
We have zero tolerance for child abuse or harm. We are committed to providing a child-safe environment where children and young people can explore, solve puzzles, and have fun without fear. We take all allegations and safety concerns seriously and have robust policies in place to respond swiftly and supportively.
Our Commitment to Action
To ensure the highest standards of protection, we:
- Prevent Harm: Maintain rigorous recruitment practices, including mandatory Blue Card / Working With Children screenings where legislation requires.
- Maintain Oversight: Ensure our game monitoring protocols (CCTV and Game Master interactions) prioritise the physical and emotional safety of minors.
- Train Our Team: Provide ongoing education to our staff to identify, assess, and minimise risks of child abuse.
Empowering Young Voices
We don’t just protect children; we listen to them. We recognise that children are the experts on their own feelings of safety.
- We Listen: We encourage children to speak up if they feel uncomfortable at any point during their experience.
- We Empower: We design our briefings and interactions to ensure young players understand their rights, including the right to stop a game or leave a room at any time.
